What are coupons for download?
Our vouchers can be printed directly after ordering. You buy your voucher on account. We will send you a confirmation of the payment receipt by e-mail - now you can redeem the voucher in all unsicht-bars.
When will I get my voucher?
You will receive your voucher directly for download. With your invoice we will send you the coupon code and a link to your voucher form. You can download the voucher directly and print it out and enter the code. The code can be redeemed after receipt of payment, which we confirm by e-mail.
Where can I find the link to download my voucher?
You will find the link in the accompanying mail for your invoice and also once again in the mail with which we confirm the payment receipt. The PDF to which the link refers contains for each motif (birthday motif, flower motif, etc.) both design variants, each with and without amount imprint, thus always four variants. You can download the PDF as often as you like and try out all the motifs.
I didn't get the email with my voucher! Where can I find it?
Our email may have been moved to a spam folder in your inbox. Unfortunately, our e-mails are often sorted out as spam, especially in Gmail and Googlemail accounts, and are therefore not visible in the 'Inbox'. If you are using a Gmail or Googlemail account, you will often find the spam folder hidden under the 'More' link in the folder overview. If no spam folder is displayed there, you can also find our emails by using the terms 'in:spam' or 'unsicht-bar' in the search field.
Where can I redeem my vouchers?
You can redeem your voucher in all unsicht-bars. The vouchers can currently be redeemed only in the unsicht-Bar Berlin. If a new unsicht-Bar will open, the voucher will be valid there as well.

How does the payment work?
You order your voucher and will receive an invoice from us by e-mail. Asa soon as you have paid, we will send you a payment confirmation mail on the day the money is received. Depending on the bank and the day of your transfer this may take a few days, especially if there is a weekend in between. Now you can redeem your voucher.
If you pay via PayPal you won't receive a separate payment confirmation from us. The payment made via PayPal is already noted on the invoice.
I lost my voucher. What to do?
You only need the coupon code for redemption. If you no longer have this as the buyer of the voucher, please send us an e-mail with the name under which you ordered your voucher and the e-mail address you used. We would like to send you the code again. (As the recipient, please contact the person who gave you the gift certificate.)
How long are the vouchers valid?
The vouchers are valid until 31 December of the third year after your order. Vouchers which have been bought in 2023 are valid until 31.12.2026, vouchers bought in 2022 until 31.12.2025 etc. After that we can not redeem the vouchers, unfortunately. Please come and visit us soon!
