What are our vouchers?
After ordering, you will receive your voucher(s) as PDF by e-mail – ready to print or forward. You buy your voucher on account. We will send you a confirmation of the payment receipt by e-mail – now you can redeem the voucher at unsicht-Bar Berlin.
When will I get my voucher?
You will receive your voucher as a PDF attachment with your order confirmation e-mail right after placing your order. You can print the voucher immediately. The voucher code can be redeemed after receipt of payment, which we confirm by e-mail.
Where can I find my voucher?
You will find your voucher as a PDF attachment in the order confirmation e-mail.
Where can I find the voucher code?
The 8-digit voucher code is printed directly on your voucher PDF. You received the PDF as an attachment to your order confirmation e-mail.
I didn't get the email with my voucher! Where can I find it?
Our email may have been moved to a spam folder in your inbox. Unfortunately, our e-mails are often sorted out as spam, especially in Gmail and Googlemail accounts, and are therefore not visible in the 'Inbox'. If you are using a Gmail or Googlemail account, you will often find the spam folder hidden under the 'More' link in the folder overview. If no spam folder is displayed there, you can also find our emails by using the terms 'in:spam' or 'unsicht-bar' in the search field.
Where can I redeem my vouchers?
The vouchers can currently be redeemed at unsicht-Bar Berlin. If a new unsicht-Bar opens, the voucher will be valid there as well.
I would like to redeem my voucher. How does it work?
Bring your voucher or voucher code with you to unsicht-Bar Berlin on the evening of your visit. Please do not forget to make a reservation*! You can find our food menu* and drinks menu* on the unsicht-Bar Berlin website.
How does the payment work?
You order your voucher and will receive an invoice from us by e-mail. As soon as you have paid, we will send you a payment confirmation mail on the day the money is received. Depending on the bank and the day of your transfer this may take a few days, especially if there is a weekend in between. Now you can redeem your voucher.
If you pay via PayPal you won't receive a separate payment confirmation from us. The payment made via PayPal is already noted on the invoice.
I lost my voucher. What to do?
You only need the 8-digit voucher code for redemption. If you no longer have this as the buyer of the voucher, please send us an e-mail with the name under which you ordered your voucher and the e-mail address you used. We would like to send you the code again. (As the recipient, please contact the person who gave you the gift certificate.)
How long are the vouchers valid?
The vouchers are valid until 31 December of the third year after your order. Vouchers which have been bought in 2025 are valid until 31.12.2028, vouchers bought in 2026 until 31.12.2029 etc. After that we cannot redeem the vouchers, unfortunately. Please come and visit us soon!
